Read More..How does Store Pickup Work
Store Pickup means that you will come in to our Milwaukie, Oregon store and pick up your order. Once you place a Store Pickup order with us, we will email you when it is ready. Store Pickup orders are usually processed within about two hours, but it all depends on how many orders we have to process. All orders are made in the order they are received. You are welcome to come in anytime after you have received the email to pick up your order. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email as it may contain a copy of your invoice and often gets sent to spam.
Read More..ShippingOrders under 450 pounds are generally shipped UPS ground. Shipping can be calculated right on the website. We know shipping is expensive! We don’t make any profit on shipping, it is just what UPS charges us.
Pallet sized orders will be shipped using Echo Logistics. Freight can be calculated directly on the website.
If you have a small order, please call us directly as we can often ship via USPS and save you.

Shay and Company carries a select variety of pre-made skin care, shampoo, and cosmetic bases for you to customize on your end. We ensure that you will find the highest quality of natural and organic skin care bases here. All bases are made with natural and organic ingredients and are designed for you to be able to customize on your end.
In addition to the cosmetic bases, we also have several varieties of melt-and-pour soap bases, and a foaming bath whip/butter base. All these are specifically designed for you to add your own special ingredients to and not have to worry about chemistry or preservative systems.
You can feel confident in the quality of ingredients for your products.
Pre-made cosmetic bases start at 16 ounces and go up to 55-gallon drums. Please email us directly for all orders of 55 gallons or larger. Longer lead times will apply to 55 gallon+ size orders.

If we shipped you the incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or refund your account.
If you accidentally order the incorrect item and you have not opened the container, you can return it to us within 15 days at your cost plus a 10% re-stocking fee, and we will refund or exchange your account.
