Açai Butter to the Personal Care industry, made from the antioxidant-rich Açai Fruit berry. Açai berries contain 20 times the amount of the anti-oxidants found in red wine in an ORAC* analysis and are a unique source of anthocyanin. Açai Butter contains lyophilized (freeze dried), certified organic whole Açai berries which are micronized into a fine particle dispersion; we then combined them into a proprietary blend of other USDA NOP** organic ingredients to form a luxurious, soft and spreadable version of the fruit in anhydrous form. Formulators will now be able to add the nutrient and anti-oxidant rich attributes of Açai to their formulas in a completely new and innovative way!

Very important!: This butter contains micronized fruit powder held in a viscous suspension. After melting, vigorous mixing while cooling is necessary for a homogenous re-solidification and to prevent precipitation.
