Blueberry Butter - Certified Organic contains lyophilized (freeze dried), Certified Organic whole blueberries that are micronized into a fine particle dispersion; we then combined this with a proprietary blend of other USDA NOP* Organic ingredients to form a luxurious, soft and spreadable version of the fruit in anhydrous form.
